What data we process

Only the data you give us:

  • Through the contact form: your full name, email, phone number, the type of space you’d like to renovate and your message.
  • Through the questionnaire we send you with a personal link: your answers about the space, the works, the budget, the timing and your tastes, any photos or plans you upload and your contact details. We also record when you open the questionnaire, so we know it has reached you and how far you’ve got.
  • If you email us or message us on WhatsApp: whatever details you include in your message.

Please don’t send us special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.): we don’t need them.

What we use it for

  • To answer your enquiry.
  • To understand your project and your tastes before our first proposal, and to assess whether it fits what we do.
  • To prepare and send you a quote, and follow it up if you ask us to.

We won’t send you advertising or newsletters unless you ask for them. Your project is always assessed by a person on our team: we don’t make automated decisions with your data.

Legal basis

  • Your consent, when you tick the box on the form or write to us (article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything processed before.
  • Steps prior to a possible contract, when you ask us for a quote (article 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as we are dealing with your enquiry. If it doesn’t turn into a project, we delete it within 12 months at the latest. If it does, we keep it for the duration of the work and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, tax and building liability periods).

Who else may see it

We don’t sell or share your data with anyone, unless required by law. For the website and email to work, some providers process it on our behalf, under contract and only to provide their service to us:

  • Hosting of the website and the questionnaire: Cloudflare.
  • Contact form and questionnaire: Supabase (database hosted in the European Union) and Resend (email notifications).
  • The email service for info@tanderreformas.es (DonDominio).

If any of them is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made with the safeguards required by the GDPR (an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

If you message us on WhatsApp, that service belongs to Meta and processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its use, take it to another service (portability) or withdraw your consent.

Email us at info@tanderreformas.es saying which right you want to exercise. We’ll reply within one month. If you believe we haven’t handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies: no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. That’s why we don’t ask you to accept any when you arrive.

During your visit it only stores three technical details in your browser so the website works as you’d expect: whether you’ve already seen the opening animation, the magazine page you were on and your position on the page when you switch language. They don’t identify anyone, never leave your browser and are deleted when you close the tab.

The questionnaire stores your answers in your browser while you fill it in, so you can stop and carry on another day using the same link.

To count visits we use Cloudflare’s analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or identify anyone.

If we ever add tools that use cookies, we’ll update this policy and ask for your permission before turning them on.

Other

By sending us your data you confirm that it is accurate and that you are at least 14 years old. If you give us someone else’s details, you must have their permission.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
